Going back some years….
I have been coaching all my professional life. At that time the word “coaching” was not that popular. Yet, my role inside the human resources dept has always been an advisory role in some informal capacity. Developing career programs, coaching on performance reviews and empowering others to take the next step were part of 25 years in the corporate world.
I developed such a passion for helping others to reach their career goals in a pain-free way. Yes, I witnessed so many struggling, getting so frustrated and giving up their dreams.
Today I am focused on teaching what I know, making their paths easier for a smooth ride on getting to know what makes them tick professionally, and match with their passion.
One more very important thing…. I am now almost 10 years of cancer free. Woo hoo!!!! And one lesson I learned is that life is way too short to be unhappy. The most beautiful thing is that I can assist you wherever you are in world, connect and make a difference in your career journey.
